Since the Brexit vote last weekend we have continued to bring new properties to the market and have not seen any negative impact on our business. In fact, our completed sales for the week after Brexit were 48% higher than those in the week before the vote. It would appear that now the vote is over, homeowners and buyers are coming back to the market, which was predictably quieter than normal in the run up. Our teams have buyers waiting for new listings in all areas.
